White to white cornea diameter and mesopic pupil size in patients with keratoconus

Objectives: Keratoconus is characterized by the abnormal cornea structure and it manifested changes in anterior segment parameters responsible for ocular high order spherical aberrations. The aim of study to investigate horizontal white diameter mesopic pupil size patients with keratoconus. Methods: medical records each participant were reviewed. measured Sirius Topography System 215 eyes 123 subjects. Two groups formed, first group included 113 keratoconus second composed 102 healthy eyes. Differences sex, age, between two analyzed statistically. Results: There no statistically significant differences sex age distribution (p>0.05). average corneal was 11.98±0.33 mm 1st 11.81±0.24 2. It significantly higher than (p=0.04) mean 3.64±0.12 1 3.73±0.14 subjects (p=0.03). Conclusion: This showed that while increases keratoconus, decreases. In clinical practice, these should be considered treatment procedures
